Zambezi Cyber Resilience (ZCR) today officially launched its Sovereign Cyber Shield framework, marking a significant milestone in Zambia’s cybersecurity landscape.
The high-impact launch event, held at Ciela Resort & Spa, was graced by the Guest of Honour, Dr. Schmidt Chintu, Director General of the Zambia Cyber Security Agency (ZCSA).
The event brought together senior executives, Chief Risk Officers, CISOs, and board members from major financial institutions to address the growing regulatory demands under the Cyber Security Act No. 3 of 2025.
Key highlights included a live banking breach simulation by Bitcrack’s Strike Team, followed by a demonstration of real-time threat containment using ThreatBox® technology. Attendees also participated in interactive CII readiness clinics and panel discussions focused on compliance, data residency, and boardroom protection.
